However, only this way is not sufficient to help us address the issue of deteriorating health level in our society. There are many factors to blame and the key to rooting out this problem also needs a mix of solutions. A healthy diet, for example, also holds the key to building a healthy body. A balanced intake of various nutritions is another guarantee of disease-free lifestyle. The proliferation of environmental pollution, on the other hand, also poses a threat to people’s health. Given the discussions above, I assume that a sheer number of sports facilities is far from enough for us to build up citizen’s health, as tackling pollution and raising people’s awareness of building a balanced lifestyle are also the key measures.
