雅思阅读题型之人物理论匹配

1、人物观点配对一般考察的是某个人的言论(statement)、观点(opinion)、评论(comment)、发现(findings or discoveries)。这样，一般这个题的答案在文中就只有两个答案区：

人物边上的引号里面的内容。

人物+think/say/claim/argue/believe/report/find/discover/insist/admit/report...+that 从句。

2、人物在文中一般以以下方式出现：

全称(full name)Brian Waldron

名(first name)，不常见

姓(surname)如：Professor Smith

He/she (在同一段话中，该人再次出现时，用指示代词替代)

因此建议考生去文中找人名时，应该将上述四种情况均考虑进去。应该谨记在心的是：如果一个人名在一段话中出现N次，也只能算一次。如果一个人名在N段话中出现，就算N次。

3、 雅思阅读人物观点类搭配题实例讲解

以剑桥4 P53 的人物观点配对题为例。该题共出现五个人：Robert Barton; Marc Bekoff; John Byers; Sergio Pellis; Stephen Siviy; 其中Rob Barton; Sergio Pellis; Stephen Siviy仅出现一次。Marc Bekoff在文中出现两次;John Byers出现了三次。这样我们先解决出现一次的人名，然后去处理出现两次的人名，最后处理出现三次的人名。

在这三个出现一次的人名中，Sergio Pellis是在文中第一个出现的人名，现在以此为例进行分析讲解。Sergio Pellis 出现在E段的开头：Earlier this year, Sergio Pellis of Lethbridge University, Canada, reported that there is a strong positive link between brain size and playfulness among mammals in general. Comparing measurements for fifteen orders of mammal, he and his team found larger brains (for a given body size) are linked to greater playfulness. The converse was also found to be true.

回到选项中，进行对应，唯有：D. There is a tendency for mammals with smaller brains to play less. (smaller brains 与play less就是对称正比的诠释)。选项A. There is a link between a specific substance in the brain and playing. 是干扰项，因为这里的link between.... and ....之间的名词所指不同。

注：其余两个出现一次的人名可按这种方式依次做题。

4、处理出现两次的人名

对于在两段中出现的人名，我们可以采用以下方式进行解决。首先去看该人名在文中第一次出现的段落，如果这里已经给出答案，则第二个段落就可以抛弃不看。如果第一个段落没有出现答案，则需看第二个段落。以Marc Bekoff 为例进行讲解。Marc Bekoff在文中G 段和H段都分别出现了。因此先看G段中出现的Marc Bekoff的谈话和言论：People have not paid enough attention to the amount of the brain activated by play，says Marc Bekoff from Colorado University.;They use behaviour from a lot of different contexts ---- predation, aggression, reproduction," he says, Their developing brain is getting all sorts of stimulation. 第一个引号中很好理解，也不是考题的题眼。关键在第二个引号中的句子，这个句子的predation, aggression, reproduction对应的是选项G中的a wide range of (各种各样的) activities. 原文中是指他们使用来自许多情况(如捕食、进攻、和繁殖)下的行为，他们发展的大脑也就获得了各种各样的刺激。G. A wide range of activities are combined during play.正是对这句话的诠释。

5、处理出现三次的人名

John Byers 在文中的A段、C段和F段中出现。处理方式雷同于出现两次的人名。
