雅思口语素材分享：家乡的变化

素材积累是一个相当长期的过程，需要耗费一定的时间和经历，希望各位同学能够坚持下来，最终在上取得优秀的成绩来回馈自己。

说到一个家乡变化，我非常想介绍我家乡2015年新建的一个专业游泳馆。

Speaking of a change in my hometown, I would like to introduce a new built professional swimming pool in my hometown in 2015.

我的家乡在国际大都市上海，2015年为了响应国家青年体育赛事的政策，政府在市中心投资建了一个专业游泳馆。

My hometown is the international metropolis of Shanghai. In 2015, in response to the national youth sports competition policy, the government invested in building a professional swimming pool in the city center.

我第一次了解到这个游泳馆，是通过媒体广告，这个游泳馆拥有四万平方米的规模，水质符合国际泳池标准，更好的是，太距离我家只要坐20分钟的地铁，非常方便快捷。

Through the media advertisement, I first learned about this swimming pool. The swimming pool is 40,000 square meters in size, water quality of which meets the international standard for swimming pools. Better yet, it's only 20 minutes from my home by subway, thus it is very convenient and fast for me.

于是从2015年的暑假开始，我和我的好朋友Liya一直相约去游泳馆游泳。

Therefore, since the summer vacation in 2015, my good friend Liya and I have been making an appointment to swimming with each other.

我从小就学会了游泳，但Liya不会，她似乎很害怕水，可是放弃告诉她游泳是最佳的减肥方法后，Liya下定决心，要学游泳，你应该懂的，爱美是女孩子的天性。

I learned to swim when I was young, but Liya didn't. She seems afraid of water, but after telling her swimming is the best way to lose weight, Liya made the decision to learn to swim, cause you should know that the love of beauty is the girl's nature.

于是在那一个暑假里面，我花了整整两个月的时间教会她游泳，Liya从一开始的不敢入水到后来可以像一个海豚一样，自在倘佯。我发自内心的感到高兴，因为，可以和知心的朋友拥有相同的爱好，简直太棒了!更重要的是，这个爱好对身体健康非常有益。

So during that summer vacation, I spent whole two months teaching her how to swim. Liya didn't dare to jump in the water at the beginning, and then she enjoyed herself like a dolphin. I feel happy from the heart, because it's great to have the same hobby with my bosom friends. More than that, swimming is very beneficial to the health.

从那以后，我和Liya每个寒暑假都会想约去游泳馆玩耍。

After that, Liya and I would like to go to the swimming pool every winter and summer vacation
