雅思口语逻辑拓展——分类法

在回答雅思口语问题，尤其是Part1的时候，一般疑问句大约占60%以上。例如：

Do you work or are you a student?

Do you enjoy watching sports?

Do you like going boating?

Have you ever travelled by boat?

对于这种问题，回答无非是四种路线：

1)是

2)否

3)没准儿

4)我不知道，但我猜

学生在回答选择第三种答题思路，也就是“it depends”的时候，答案往往缺失逻辑、结构混乱。实际上以三种简单的分类标准就能很清晰的把“it depends”回答清楚的拓展开。下面以问题“What kinds of names are popular in China？”为例说明。

1.分人群（性别、年龄、单人/群体）

Well it depends. For women, names with the character “mei” are very common since it signifies beautiful. For men, the character “jun” is commonly used coz they mean to be gentle and good-looking. 

2.分时间

Well it depends. In the past era, “jianguo” and “jianjun” are very common coz we focused more on making contribution to our country. Now, “qianxi”and “yuan”are welcomed names because we emphasize more on personal happiness and individual  achievements.

3.分地区

Well it really depends on the regions where people are from. For people from the northern part of China, XXX is quite common. I think it’s the fierce climate really fostered straightforward personality for the northerners so they prefer to use names with obvious meanings. While for people from the south, they use XXX because the traditional culture is better reserved in the south.

往往把分类确定好，思路也会随之而出。再例如“Do Chinese people like shopping?”这个问题, 学生在回答完“Yes”之后就不知道该说些什么来拓展。如果这时候把“people”分了“男女”两类，那么“clothes， bags, jewelries” 和“electronic products”这两大类物品便很快就能想到，学生也能很顺利的举例子继续进行答案的拓展。
