托福口语预测题目一：  【】
The university is organizing a visit to one of the following workplaces--a science lab, a business office，or a TV studio. Which will you choose to visit and why? Please include reasons and details in your explanation.

托福口语Sample answer:
Personally, I think visiting a TV studio will be the most interesting because I’ve always been curious about how people create those fascinating stories on TV and how they turn their imagination into reality. For instance, one of my favorite TV shows is called Big Bang Theory, which deals with four geeky genius, either of which is professor or engineer. It is a comedy which wins Amy Award for more than two times.

I’ve always wondered how the screenwriters come up with such creative and yet realistic stories and how the actors rehearse behind the scenes to bring their flawless performance to the audience. Therefore, I think a visit to a TV studio will give me and other students a chance to understand where our daily entertainment comes from and appreciate it more.

Which of the following skills would you like to learn: cooking, photography or web design? Explain why. Please include details and examples in your explanation.

托福口语Sample answer:
Well, if I can choose, I would definitely choose to learn how to cook. For me cooking is the most practical skill among the three choices. It is a necessity for people to eat their meals at a regular basis, therefore cooking can be regarded as a skill for survival. Take my own experience for example, I used to live with my parents and my mom takes care of all the meals. After I worked, I decided to live with myself, here comes the problem. I have to start to learn how to cook from scratch because home-cooking food is much healthier and cheaper. However, without a good mastery of cooking, it becomes a disaster to either fry, bake or simply boil stew. Thus I really regret that I didn’t learn it earlier.
