Describe a person who can use/speak a second language

You should say:

who this person is

what language this person can use

how often this person uses this language

and explain why this person can master this language.

对于这个话题，前面三个提示问题的回答范围都十分有限，所以考生应把扩充的重点放在最后一个提示问题上。为什么这个人能掌握这样一门语言，在回答原因的同时，也可以放一些此人平时学习该语言的方法进去，提高speaking整体的丰富度。下面给出一个示例。

I want to talk about one of my best friends named Mary. She can speak English fluently. Since she has many foreign friends, she speaks English almost every day.

As for the reasons why Mary can master English, I think two factors matter most. The first one is her love for this language. You know, Chinese students usually start to learn English at the age of 10. However, Mary started to learn it when she was only 5. She read some comic books with short simple conversation at the beginning. And she has grown an interest in English since then. Now, she has turned from comic books to novels. I can often see her reading an English novel in library. When she sees some good phrases or paragraphs, she will take them down in a notebook. After that, when she writes some articles, she will always try to use those phrases and paragraphs. Besides, she takes every opportunity to improve her English on all occasions. For example, her favorite film is Forrest Gump. Unlike me, her focus is not only on the plot or actors. Actually, she pays much attention to the language and pronunciation used in the film. I think she has watched the film for about 10 times to imitate the pronunciation. She always tries to improve her speaking in that way. Maybe that’s why many people say she speaks like a native speaker. Also, if she meets any trouble in learning English, she will ask her foreign friends for help.
