Question: 
    Some people prefer to live in spacious and new places far from their workplace and/or school whereas others prefer to live in small and old places near their workplace and/or school. Which do you prefer and why? Please use example and reasons to support your answer.
Sample Answer:
    Obviously, I prefer to live in a spacious and new place even though it's far away from my workplace. I mean, a nice and cozy place can really just help me to chill out and to have some quality time alone. In addition, a nice place is always equipped with the most advanced electronics and furniture, which will definitely make my life more convenient. So, I won't trade those things with a small and old place just because it's close to my workplace. Any way, there are certain way to make your journey not so boring, like reading magazines or browse website.
