雅思大作文犯罪类话题：常见考点及解析

在2014年的考试中，犯罪类在大作文考试中只考了三次，全部都是旧题。那么有两次考试都有涉及到如下的两个经典的犯罪话题，也就是为何犯罪？+如何解的问题。那现在我们来看下两种题目的思维拓展。

A青少年犯罪

The rate of juvenile delinquency has been rising. What are the causes of this trend? Suggest some possible solutions to it.

原因：

家庭方面：不稳定的家庭生活unstable family life,单亲家庭增多single-parent households，孩子情感需求无法得到满足emotional needs left unattended。父母对孩子的教育不够妥善improper parental care，过分溺爱孩子，导致孩子为所欲为。
　　家庭暴力使孩子形成畸形的心理状态，导致其走向暴力和犯罪。甚至有些家长虐待孩子，将其作为发泄的工具more and more parents show an inclination to abuse their children and treat them as an outlet of stress

教育方面：获得教育的机会不够limited access to education,小孩没有得到及时正确的引导导致其产生不良行为serious misconduct
　　社会方面：媒体暴力media violence(Many studies have made it clear that the upsurge in televised violence and the video games that have violence as the main theme is closely linked to young adults’ aggressive behaviors)、失业率unemployment rate、同龄群体的影响delinquent peer group;年轻人对物质财富、奢侈的生活方式的强烈追求a strong desire for material wealth and luxury lifestyles导致其不择手段illegitimate means。

解决方法：

家庭方面：关注孩子的成长，采取正确的教育方式。
　　教育方面：提供良好的教育机会和环境provide favorable educational opportunities and environment
　　社会方面：对于有严重的犯罪记录的青少年，也要加强法律的制裁for those who commit serious violent crimes, they should be sentenced to prison for community service is not a sufficient deterrent to prevent them from reoffending.

 B教育还是监狱

Some people think that education and training are more effective ways to deal with criminals than sending them to prison. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

支持教育

1, 教育可以使人有竞争力become competitive，增加就业机会，因此有效降低犯罪率lower the crime rate
　　2, 良好的道德可以帮助人们特别是青少年形成各种良好的道德观念develop moral values such as kindness, honesty, fairness, tolerance and respect for others, can tell right from wrong

支持监狱

1， 监狱可以让囚犯收到惩罚。They will be punished for the crime they committed. They also lost their freedom, which can prevent them from committing further crimes outside prison for the duration of the prison term. They will also feel remorseful for their criminal acts.
　　2， 对没发生的罪犯行为有震慑作用the threat of imprisonment is a powerful deterrent against future
