范文指导:

 Thereading and listening materials have a conflict of opinions about how to stopthe decline of frog. The writer puts forward three methods to address theproblem, which are contradicted by the following lecture.

 Firstly,the writer claims that the prohibition of using pesticides can stop the declineof frog, while the speaker views thisissue from an opposite angle. According to him/her, this method is notfinancially economical, for farmers will lose more, if they do not use pesticide.

 Secondly,the author states that large scale of treatment is also an effective way. However, the speaker opposes the writer’s opinion bysaying that this method has to apply to the frog one by one, which is reallycostly and hard to implement. Moreover, people will be easily infected.

 Thirdly, the passage argues that controlling humanactivities is can make difference.By contrast, in accordance with the speaker, the reading’s claim doesn’t holdwater,it is not human action that leadsto the decline of water habitat, but global warming. Even though people’sactions are under control, it can still not solve the whole problem.

 Inconclusion, the professor clearly identifies the weakness in the readingpassage and convincingly shows that the methods providing in the reading tostop the decline of frog is incorrect.

这是一道利弊类题目,但是题目又有点抽象,所以对于这道题目我们可以使用拆分的方式会比较容易解答。我们可以拆分工作,学习和生活三方面来阐述年轻人需要组织和计划能力的重要性。这样每个段落都比较容易想出例子还能保证三段的观点都是互斥的。

1. 首先这种必要性体现在学业上。随着社会的发展,竞争的加剧,学业负担和压力也急剧增加。这种情况下,年轻人必须具备良好的时间管理能力,可以安排组织好自己的日程,从而应对学业上的各种挑战,keep schedule  ahead。同时由于所学知识复杂度的提高,很多时候要求年轻人能够组织调度自身资源(deployment of  resources)来完成比如像报告、演讲、论文等形式的作业。

2. 当然这种必要性也体现在工作上。当今社会的工作性质和工作内容较之过往在复杂程度上已大增。这种情况下一方面要求年轻人对日常事务性的工作(routine work)具有良好的控制能力,可以安排计划好这些工作;另一方面甚至提出了更高的工作要求,例如在面对突发状况时能够有极佳的组织能力,组织安排一切资源加以应对。

3. 当然就个人生活而言这种组织计划能力也使个人大大受益。社会复杂度的上升正在改变每个人的日常生活。比如越来越复杂的个人财务管理就是一个很好的例子。在过去或许每家每户只要将钱存进定期户头(fixed deposit)就可以了,但现在的年轻人可能要合理安排包括活期(current deposit)、定期、期货(futures)、地产(real estate)等在内的各种账户。而这一过程大大考验了每个人对于自己资产的管理组织能力。

The  current society is imposing increasingly fierce competition on every  individual, some thus voice that, in order to face such challenge, young  people’s ability of organizing and planning should be emphasized. Personally,  I agree.

Firstly,  the ability of organizing and planning matters a lot in young people’s  academic performance. Due to the severe employment pressure, students’ burden  increases dramatically. Under this circumstance, adolescents, in possession  of outstanding time management and organizational skills, could definitely  arrange their daily affairs rationally. Not only can these young people get  fully prepared of the coming diverse challenges from academic study, but they  also keep their schedule ahead. Moreover, with the improvement of academic  difficulty level, the tasks, more other than not, require students own the  ability to deploy every potential resource and therefore the capability to  arrange knowledge efficiently to finish successfully. Take the presentation task  of a literature major student as an example. Collecting essential  information, checking certain periodicals and doing researches are necessary  procedures, during which time allocation is of considerable significance. If  arrangements are unreasonable, the presentation, beyond doubt, will be ruined  finally.

Secondly,  the same logic also applies in working arena. Candidates would never focus  too much on prominent skill of getting everything in order. On the one hand,  the increasingly complex jobs force students to own ability of planning and  organizing. Let’s assume a young manager, in order to improve performance for  his company, he, undoubtedly, has to possess a clear perspective to  reasonably arrange his human resources. People who own excellent  communicative skills should be assigned to do sales jobs; people who have  fantastic ability of leadership, in management position; and people who is  patient and nice, in logistic department. On the other hand, planning and  organizing in advance would help effectively deal with the occurrence of  emergencies. Those vigilantly plan for one project will always come up with a  Plan B. If there is no back-up plan, when some problems emerge in halfway,  all tasks will be in a mess, which is a total disaster that no company can  ever afford.

Thirdly,  the ability to plan and organize benefits people a lot in their daily life. Complicated  personal finance management is a compelling example. Decades ago, what people  needed to do was putting their money into their fixed deposit, however,  things has changed a lot since then. Every young person have to handle  multiple accounts including current deposit, futures and real estate, which  urges their ability of planning and organizing on personally property. In  this helpless society, young people, without such abilities, will be on the  edge of bankruptcy.

All in  all, no one can success without strategic deployment, thus the planning and  organizing abilities contribute a lot to young people’s success on academic  performance, career and daily life.
