二、When, How?

I first watched this TV show when I was only 7 years old and I was totally attracted by the interesting plot. Actually, this TV show was adapted from the same-title book and it one of the Four Great Classical Novels of Chinese literature. It is so popular that it is known for both the young and the old. Now, a lot of foreigners are becoming familiar with this story too.

This book talks about the story of Tangseng, who is a Buddhist Monk, go to the Western Region to get the precious Buddhist scriptures and return after many trials and much suffering. TheBuddha gave this task to the monk and provided him with three protectors. Sun Wukong, who is best-known as Monkey King, Zhu Bajie, and ShaWujing, together with a white horse.
　　具体情节的介绍就可见功底了。不少学生对于师徒四人的翻译也是千奇百怪，但是国外的英文版西游记中的翻译才是最地道的。

I like this book mainly because it recorded many adventurous events. On the way to the West region, the team meet a lot of demons and monsters. I still remember the most classic episode that there is a demon that can face-off and change its identity and monkey king figured out every time and beat it at last. It was so exciting. Another thing I like it was because I learned the importance of teamwork and trust. Without helping and supporting each other, the team would never have achieved great success.
　　那么喜欢这个的原因无非就是情节吸引人加上有一些思想深度的东西。

那么如果童鞋们要讲不喜欢的电影，讲其中的一个故事的改版并不好，比如说周星驰的conquering the demon，对原著的大颠覆没有达到喜剧效果，反而颠覆了传统的经典。
