Maintaining work-life balance helps reduce stress and helps prevent burnout in the workplace. Burnout can cause fatigue, mood swings, irritability and a decrease in work performance.

一天中的大部分时间都被限制(坐)在一个小隔间里，会导致久坐的生活方式，增加了许多疾病的风险。

Being confined to a small cubicle for most of the day leads to a sedentary lifestyle, which substantially increases the risk of many diseases.

人有精神追求的，需要从日常休闲活动中补充能量，比如和家人团聚、发展自己的爱好。

People who have spiritual pursuits need to replenish their energy from daily leisure activities, such as reuniting with family and developing their hobbies.

3、如何平衡工作和生活

政府：政府可以颁布、实行《劳动法》，严格规定加班时间，增加公共假期。

The government can promulgate and implement the Labor Law to strictly regulate overtime work and increase public holidays.

个人：合理安排工作时间;重视健康

People can arrange work hours and make a work schedule.

Overall physical, emotional and mental health should be one's main concern.

公司：公司应该组织员工培训，增加员工的职业技能(比如IT skills)，提高员工的工作效率

Companies should organize staff training to increase their professional skills (e.g. IT skills) and improve their productivity.
