雅思口语：“一次糟糕的服务”

那其实稍微改动一下

增加“差劲服务”的内容

去掉“投诉”的部分(or not, it's up to you)

接下来分享一个我自己的经历

事情是这样的:

我在国外的时候，有一次盆友过生日，就说去downtown(=city center)一家比较高级的餐厅庆祝，看Yelp(≈大众点评)上的评价都很不错，就预定了，结果去了之后发现，没有预留桌子，这也就算了，也没等多久。但是我们是一部分人先到的，就说先点餐，结果呢个服务员就很没好气地甩了一句“人不来齐不点”，简直火冒三丈，什么态度这是!? 之后其实也没投诉他，就没给小费，然后在Yelp上反映了一下。

不过说实话，这是唯一一次在美国有服务很差的感受

其他的都很不错的(浓浓的求生欲)

好，我把整个自己的经历写了出来，你们可以借鉴，里面也有一些比较好用的表达

记得转化成自己的东西要natural一点哦

考官也是越来越鸡贼 越来越了解中国考生的套路

所以一定不要让Ta感受出你有背诵的痕迹

不然会“死”的很惨!

• Today I’d like to share my experience that I received a really horrible service 4 years ago when I was in America.

• I remembered that was in a chilly October evening. Because it was one of my besties’ birthday, we decided to celebrate it in a fancy restaurant in downtown. We had made a reservation for 10-12 people the previous night. We were thrilled coz we thought everything was going to be perfect.

• But my first surprise came when we were told there was no table available as soon as part of us got there, as they had forgotten to reserve one for us. We had to wait, like, 15-ish minutes.

• When we finally managed to settle down, we asked the waiter to bring menus to us. But they turned really standoffish, treating us like air. I was a bit pissed off, so I said to a waiter that we were okay to order our food. Surprisingly, he replied, “I won’t take your orders until you all show up”. Then he just walked away.

• We were so shocked and offended by his rudeness. How could he say things like that to his customers as a staff member? Had he received any proper training? That was really unbelievable and unacceptable.

• Later, we had our meal. To be honest, none of us enjoyed the food coz they were either partly raw or overcooked. We just felt so disappointed and depressed. After all, that was said to be one of the best restaurants in our city. It was supposed to be an amazing night. But everything was ruined.

• When it came to the end, we left no tips. My friends even left some comments about their terrible service on the receipt. We swore we would never go to that restaurant again.
