雅思小作文：怎样利用关键词句学习学习？

雅思作文Task 1针对不同的图表我们该如何用词和用句呢？雅思小作文受图表内容的限制，遣词造句的要求非常有限，那么我们该如何通过学习关键词句实现雅思作文学习？

我们把针对线图题、柱状图、表格图的核心表达总结一下就是我们在雅思写作中通常需要用到的词汇和句型表达了。
 

图表题怎么解答，如果让Native Speakers完成小作文中的数字图表类题目，他们会用哪些短语&句型?

一、雅思小作文的关键词

1.各类图表的说法

图：chart, graph（雅思写作中完全等价，无差别）

线：line / curve chart

柱图：bar / column graph

饼：pie chart

表：table / statistics / figures

雅思小作文可以用的句子

并列句：The line chart shows that … and the bar graph illustrates that …（分别描述两幅图，第一幅图用chart，第二副图用graph；第一幅图shows，第二副图illustrates，也许你写的所有文章都类似，但考官只有机会欣赏一篇啊。）

2.表示增长/减少：

动词 ：increase / decrease, rise/drop（可做名词）；go up / come down；climb / slide；ascend / decline；

rocket /plunge（暴增/暴减）

名词： a sharp / slow / great / slight increase；an upward / rising / increasing tendency；a downward / falling / decreasing trend

A. in inverse proportion to... 成反比地

The amount of money people save increases in inverse proportion to the amount they spend.人们省下的钱和他们花出的钱呈反比地上升。

B.in proportion to... 成正比地

The amount of energy consumed in this factory is in proportion to its number of products.这家工厂消耗的能源和它生产的产品数量成正比。

升降速度/幅度（去掉-ly就是形容词）

快：quickly / rapidly / swiftly

慢：slowly / gradually / steadily

大：greatly / vastly / considerably / substantially

小：slightly / marginally / minutely

3、表示时间

from … to … / between … and …

during the period from … to … / between … and … / starting from ….

4.表示数字的变化趋势

keep / remain / maintain unchanged / constant / stable（保持不变）

fluctuate upward / downward（波动向上/向下）

double / triple / quadruple（2/3/4倍）

the corresponding figure(某个数字)在另一组数据中所对应的数字

例如：While spending increased for equipment and insurance, there were corresponding drops in expenditure on things such as books and on workers’salaries.设备与保险的支出增加，而书籍和工人工资等费用则出现了相应的减少。

5.主体段的表达方式

According to the line chart,……根据上面的线图

As is shown in the line chart,……正如图中所示

The line chart shows that …

… is revealed in the line chart and … is indicated in the bar graph.

例句：The line chart reveals visits to and from Britain and the bar graph indicates most fashionable nations for UK tourists in 1999.

6.表示逻辑的承接连词：

顺承：also, besides, in addition

转折：however, in contrast

其它：meanwhile / in the same time, similarly, in particular

Interestingly, ... 有趣的是，……

Interestingly，when there are three or more children in the household，men are found to work even fewer hours around the house.

有趣的是，当家里 有三个或更多的孩子的时候，男人往往却会减少在家里千活的时间。

Not surprisingly, ... 相应很自然的是，……

Not surprisingly, the number of cases of the disease dropped to approximately 1,700 in 2008.很自然地，这种病的病例数在2008年降到了大约1700。

while 而同时，经常用于在复杂句中引导从句，与主句构成对比

More men than women hold qualifications at the lower and higher levels of education while more women reach undergraduate diploma level than men.越来越多的女性拥有本科学历，而男性则更多地集中在更高或更低的学历区间中。
