　　First, it will give them a great sense of satisfaction If people enjoy what they are doing in their workplace on a daily basis. Today’s people are spending a lot of time in their workplaces, and many of their social relationship are built around their work, so the quality of their jobs affects how happy they are.
　　On the other hand, doing something that you do not enjoy but just for the money is painful, even if you have a high salary. My uncle is a bank manager who has lots of stress in his work. Although he earns a great amount of money, he doesn’t seem very happy.
