我选择为了享受比赛的过程而去参加比赛的。首先，我觉得在参加比赛的过程中，增长经理，锻炼能力是最重要的，其次我觉得我们要以一种平静的心态去参加，得失心太重就会丧失在比赛中的乐趣，没有那么大的得失的压力有时候反而可以使我们释放潜能，超常发挥。

When I take part in a game or sports, I prefer to enjoy it rather than just win victory. The first reason is that to enjoy the process of an activity will allow us experience and harvest more, like how to better communicate with others and maintain good cooperation, because any group activity is kind of teamwork. The second reason is that once we achieve the balance in mind through enjoying the process, we will feel free to play and realize our full potential, so victory is just a sure thing in most cases.

1. rather than：而不是

四. 重要句式

1. When I take part in a game or sports, I prefer to enjoy it rather than just win victory.

When引起的时间状语从句，prefer to do是固定搭配。

在文章的开始就表明了自己的观点，希望大家在开头就表明自己的观点，在题目没有特别要求的情况下，要保持自己的观点，不要觉得两个观点都好都进行论述。
