其中，要素一和要素二是必要组成部分，而要素三是可选择的组成部分，如果有的话，会使文章看上去条理更清晰，层次更分明。

In my opinion, computers may jeopardize the overall wellbeing of humans in three fundamental ways if we misuse them.
