SAT语法考点分析

什么是SAT语法？  SAT语法旨在考察学生对于语法的熟练程度和润色（revise）句子文段的能力。SAT语法不是那种国内英语教学所常用的单项选择题，不会通篇考察无用的语法之末细节，而会考察整体把握；SAT语法也不是中文中那让人摸不着头脑，标准模糊不清的病句题，相反他有着清晰的规则划分句子的正确与否。从以上的两个不是，可以看出sat语法题所具有的两个基本特点。

1、sat语法并不会苛求学生，不会考察一些晦涩的细节。
　　2、sat不考边缘语法知识表示他只考察人人都可以掌握的语法主干知识。

那么接下来SAT语法常考的知识点以及考察的频率是怎样的？我们来看以下图表。 

一、SAT语法考试整体情况与往年吻合

SAT语法考试的实质是考查学生对标准书面语规则的掌握，能在书面语中避免口语化的错误。美国人在口语表达中，不经意便会出现代词指代不清，主宾格混用，句子缺少动词等现象。因此，代词(共25道，占12.8%)，不完整句子(共30道，占15%)始终是SAT语法的重要考点。

二、为贴近新SAT：考点比重发生变化

虽然SAT语法整体考试难度被严格把控，但个别考点所占比重还是发生了些许变化。其推动原因，除了试题更新外，更重要的是慢慢贴近改革后的要求，出题角度更灵活，重视书面语规则在文章中的实际应用。

1. 固定搭配下降，考点类型比例上升

固定搭配是绝大部分考生最难战胜的考点，因为涉及到不同介词的用法，曾经考过mistrust of (2006年)，in regard to (2008年)，in recognition of (2011)年等高难度搭配。但从近两年开始，固定搭配无论题目数量，还是难度， 都在逐渐下降。 2014年的8道题中，不乏像not only…but also…, in order to do这些极其常用的搭配，2014年10月北美还第三次考到了“be capable of ” 。

固定搭配比例下降，自然会导致其它考点所占比重的上升。由于改革后的SAT更加注重语言的实际应用，因此从2013年开始，语言简洁和精确性从“陪考”考点，逐渐向“重点”逆袭。2014年共16道题，与风靡多年的悬垂结构(17道题)都已非常接近。

以上例题答案为D，分析错误为diction，措辞错误。repel是厌恶的意思，在此处应该改成正面感情色彩的词push等词。

2. 重视文章结构和连贯性，做题时间更加紧张

改进文章(improving paragraph)虽然每次考试只有6道题目，但由于改革后的SAT，形式上将全部变成在文章环境下做题，2014年考查文章结构和语言连贯性的题目骤然猛增到17题，占71% (改进文章共24题)，在今年的SAT语法考试中会延续这个趋势。
