十大常见语法错误

1）句子缺连：
　　I like sports, they can improve my health.(错）
　　I like sports because they can improve my health.(对）
　　I like sports which can improve my health. （对）
　　I like sports and they can improve my health. （对）

PS: 两句话之间得有连词。

2）多个谓语
      Students spend too much time on television, ignore their studies. (错）
      Students spend too much time on television and ignore their studies.（对）
      Students spend too much on television, ignoring their studies.（对）
      Students spend so much time on television that they ignore their studies.(对）

PS: 一句话只能有一个谓语动词。

3）动词作主语 
　　It is commonly accepted that respect the old is a virtue.（错）
　　It is commonly accepted that respecting the old is a virtue.（对）

PS: 动词不能做主语

4）主谓不一致
　　Raising pets are a great pleasure to many people.（错）
　　Raising pets is a great pleasure to many people.（对）
　　How you react to the incident reveal what side you stand on.（错）
　　How you reacts to the incident reveals what side stand on.（对）

PS: 谓语跟着主语走，主语单数，谓也单数

5）时态不一致
　　Before the Internet was invented, we communicate with our friends by phone,letter or fax.（错）
　　Before the Internet was invented, we communicated with our friends by phone,letter or fax.（对）

PS: 注意前后时态

6）指代不一致
　　We can also know the society by serving it yourself. (错）
　　We can also know the society by serving it ourselves.（对）

PS: 注意代词是指谁。

7）名词单复数
　　whether the government should focus its budget more on very young children education rather than on university is a hot topic. （错）
　　Whether the government should focus its budget more on very young children education rather than on universities is a hot topic. （对）

PS： 可数名词不能裸奔

熟记：Hot girl is there. （错）
      The hot girl is here. (对）
      A hot girl is here. (对）
      Hot girls are here. （对）
      Our / My / his/ this/that hot girl is here. (对）

8) 词性混淆
　　None can deny the important of money. (错)
　　None can deny the importance of money.(对）

PS: 词性搞不清楚，背高中词汇要特别关注了。

9）中式英语
       Computer is easier to control the procedure of the big project. （错）
       It is easier to use computer to control the procedure of the big project. （对）
       As the Internet comes into our life, our life has taken place many changes. (错）
       As the Internet comes into our life, many changes have taken place in our life.（对）

 PS: 注意这两个用法，最容易出现的中式英语。

10）搭配有误
      Most basketball players are very high and make lots of dollars.(对）
      Most basketball players are very tall and make lots of money. （错）
      PS: 判断单词搭配是否正确，一搜google,，二使用灵格斯搭配词典。
