雅思口语题目：Describe a subject that you dislike in your high school.

You should say:

-What’s the subject?

-Who taught that subject?

-What’s the main reason that made you dislike the subject?

And explain are there any things can be done to make you like that subject?

雅思口语范文一:

Well, after a little bit of thought, I’ve decided the subject that I didn’t like in my high school was History. But I had to learn it because of the exams, you know, it was one of the compulsory courses during the first year of high school.

The teacher taught us history was a man who often wore glass and he is about 1.70 meters. I remember that he was quite strict to us. If students couldn’t answer the question that he asked, they would be punished to stand for at least 20 mins in class.

One of the main reasons that I disliked the subject was the teacher. He is the rudest teacher that I have ever met in my life. You know what? He normally slapped to students who just did not listen to him. And it seems regularly for him to blurt out a swear world at any time. That was so rude and unfriendly that I could not bear.

Well, I guess the only thing that can make me adore the subject is the history itself. Because it tells us what happened during the decades not only the domestic history but also the world’s. I have gained a lot from the textbooks about how our ancestors connected with other and did some trades, exchanged values and items among different nations.

The subject I dislike most is history. I am really poor at it. I think history is the most difficult subject in the world. Sometimes I don’t understand what my teacher has said. Another reason is that there is too much knowledge I have to remember. But it is so important for us to learn history well that I will try my best to learn it. I will also be active in class. As a saying goes, “Where there is a will, there is a way.” I hope to manage to improve this subject with my effort.

Of all of the subjects I learn, I dislike maths most. Maths is so difficult that I can’t always work the maths problems out. I always feel tired when I do my maths homework. What’s more, I don’t think maths is as interesting as the other subjects. I usually get low marks in maths test. But maths is such an important subject that I have decided to learn it well. I will do more exercises and listen to my teacher in class more carefully. In a word, although I dislike maths most, I will try my best to improve it.

雅思口语范文三:

For me, it's gotta be Math. It's actually one of the many reasons why I chose biology. I dunno, I can solve math problems correctly but when the exams come, I really don't know what happens. Ever since I entered high school I started hating math. This was because even though I studied very hard for an exam, I would still have barely passing scores. As a matter of fact, the highest that I got in high school was 1.75 in calculus. College was no better and actually it WAS WORSE. I had already developed a fear of the subject because of high school. I wasn't always bad with Math. As a matter of fact, I was even one of the best at Math in my elementary days. Then again, elementary and secondary mathematics are really very different things. I learned that the hard way. Haha. Anyway, I'm glad Math days are over. Hopefully in medicine I won't be having math subjects anymore.
